Olajide Farinre has over 25 years experience in the upstream industry, with extensive leadership experience across breadth of Oil & Gas Operations.
He previously held senior management roles at ExxonMobil affiliates within Nigeria and in Houston, USA.
He holds a BSc Electrical/Electronics Engineering from Obafemi Awolowo Univ., Ile-Ife in Nigeria.
He joined Amni International in 2023 leading the company’s overall operations from Lagos.

With over 35 years of banking, Leke is one of Nigeria’s most experienced and leading bankers with exposure and leadership in Banking Operations, Corporate and Investment Banking, Energy Banking, Retail/Commercial Banking, Capital Markets, Project Finance as well as Financial Advisory Services. He has been involved in several private and public capital market issues of equity and debt, Mergers & Acquisitions as well as several Project Finance exercises for major corporate and energy transactions. His recent financial services advisory experience covers telecommunications, Upstream Oil & Gas projects, downstream energy, infrastructure development finance, petrochemicals as well as power projects.
As a Board member of Standard Chartered Bank in Nigeria, he led CSR drives to encourage and mentor indigent, high school students in the country as part of his interest in the development of young minds and building a pipeline of the country’s future management capacity. He has been a resource person in several local and international seminars with international acknowledgment of his stature as a leading commercial and investment banker specializing in energy finance.
With first and second degrees in Economics and Business Administration, Leke retired as Head of Global Banking and Executive Director, Corporate and Institutional Banking for Standard Chartered Bank with responsibility for Financial Markets/Treasury, Financial Institutions, International Corporates, Corporate Finance and Transaction Banking.

CEO, Amni Resources
Ryan joined AMNI in 2025 as Chief Executive Officer of Amni Resources.
He brings over 25 years of diverse experience in the exploration and production (E&P) industry. His technical and leadership expertise spans the entire exploration-to-development cycle, with a strong background in subsurface evaluations, operations, finance, strategy, and planning.
Ryan holds a B.Sc. and M.Sc. in Geoscience with honors from Oklahoma State University and an MBA from Southern Methodist University

Executive Director, Company Secretary
Olayinka Olafimihan joined Amni International in 2022.
He is a corporate commercial lawyer with almost 40 years of experience as in-house counsel in Nigerian companies spanning banking, telecoms, and oil & gas.
He holds degrees in Law and Business, including an LL.M from the London School of Economics.

Iain leads Amni’s international team of Geoscientists and Engineers in all aspects of its exploration, development, production and new ventures work. He holds a B.Sc (Hons). Degree in Geology from City of London Polytechnic.
Iain is a Petroleum Geologist with over 40 year experience in technical and technical leadership roles in both the service sector and E&P companies. He has excellent skills in, production, development and exploration geology, acquired in carbonate and clastic systems, utilising the latest technological concepts and techniques. Iain Wright is a proven oil and gas finder.
He is a Fellow of the Geological Society, a Certified Petroleum Geologist (AAPG) and a member of Petroleum Exploration Society of Great Britain, American Association of Petroleum Geologists, and Society of Petroleum Engineers.

Gbenga Olumurewa joined AMNI in 2022 as Group GM Strategy & Planning.
He has over 25 years industry experience with 23 spent at ExxonMobil.
He has technical and leadership experience in subsurface, strategy, project management and funding.
Gbenga holds a B.Sc. in Applied Geophysics from Obafemi Awolowo University and a PGDip in Leadership from MIT/Turf/Columbia Executive Education.

Per holds a B.Sc. Eng. (Hon) Civil and Structural from Technical University of Denmark. He has more than 25 years’ senior leadership experience in general management, operations management, and major capital projects within energy, oil & gas, FPSOs, ship operations & construction, and drilling industries as Owner and Operator. His global experience covers several countries over five continents.
Per has been member of several senior leadership teams, developing and managing global strategies for growth, investor relations, P&L and financial planning. He is trained and certified in Incident Free, Leadership, Project Management, Production Facility Operations, Project Maturation/Stage Gate process, Change Management, Negotiations and Finance Management.

Special Adviser, Group Operations
Dr. Adetunji Obawole joined Amni international Petroleum Development Company Limited as Special Adviser, Group Operations in 2020, he holds Bachelor’s and Master’s degrees in Chemical Engineering and a Doctorate in Technology Management with dissertation in Oil and Gas Project Management. He has over thirty-five (35) years experience with technical knowledge and management skills residing in Facilities Engineering, Production Operations, Process Engineering, Corrosion Engineering, Facilities Integrity Management, Loss Prevention Engineering, Process Safety, and Project Management areas of oil and gas business.
Tunji was appointed as the first Facilities/OTS (Operations Technical Surface) Engineering Manager in ExxonMobil company in Nigeria in 2001 before he was transferred to ExxonMobil Development Company (EMDC) in Houston, U.S, in 2003 in a senior project management position to work on the Erha Deepwater development, a $4 billion venture. Exposure to new frontier deepwater technology and upscale nearshore opportunity development was acquired with his active involvement in the technical management of the NNPC/ExxonMobil 250kbd ERHA project.
Following his engagement as Projects Coordination Manager for a number of Shell Gas Process/Compression projects being undertaken by METS/ENERFLEX in Edmonton and Calgary, Canada between 2011 and 2013, he was back to ExxonMobil Nigeria as Group Technical Manager in 2013 with responsibility for managing key technical deliverables with Co-Venturers within the company project organization. Summarily, Tunji has spent a larger part of his working life in oil and gas field engineering, operations, and project management/execution.
Tunji is a member of and associate to many technical professional bodies. Significantly, he has been both a Fellow of Nigerian Society of Chemical Engineers (FNSCh.E) and a Fellow of Nigerian Society of Engineers (FNSE) for over 20 years.

Head, Internal Audit
Yemi Koyejo joined Amni International Petroleum Development Company Limited in 2018 as the Head of Internal Audit. She is a Chartered Accountant with over 38 year’s oil and gas experience spanning Planning, Project Controllers Affiliate and Corporate Controllers Departments.
Yemi Koyejo has served as a senior manager in both Affiliate and Corporate levels with specialties in Cost Optimization, Finance, Joint Venture Management, Financial Reporting and Analysis, Upstream E&P, Business Process Improvement, OPEX Reduction and Internal Controls. She holds a B.Sc. Soc. Sc. in Economics from Obafemi Awolowo University Ile-Ife Nigeria.
A Masters of Business Administration (M.B.A) Accounting and Finance from Rice University Houston, ACCA Certified and also a Member of International Association of Energy Economists. She belongs to the Beta Gamma Sigma Organization, an academic honor society that encourages and honor’s academic achievement in the study of business and to foster’s personal and professional excellence among its members.

GM, Drilling
Forrest Estep has worked in upstream oil and gas for over 30 years in leadership roles starting with Amoco, Conoco and Anadarko and ultimately joining Amni international Petroleum Company limited in 2013 as General Manager Drilling.
He has extensive record of successful offshore project implementation under his belt, and is responsible for all phases of well construction and delivery.
Forrest holds a B.Sc. in Chemical Engineering, and has been awarded with a Conoco-DuPont Engineering Excellence Award.
