Amni was created in 1993 to increase Nigerian involvement in the oil and gas Industry.

Amni as a company and by its mode of operations is very much in consonance with the goals and objectives of the Nigerian Content Law. Amni ensures the implementation of initiatives to maximize existing local capacity and also to support additional capacity growth in the Nigerian upstream sector. More than 50% of our business go to local contractors and business men.

Amni also actively supports Nigerian professional bodies to develop indigenous oil industry competence including NAPE, SPE, NMGS and NAIPEC.
